The purpose of this module is to provide Principals and Education Officers with practical, job-embedded professional learning that assists them with implementing Continuous School and System Improvement (CSSI) in their respective schools and districts.
The purpose of this module is to provide Principals and Education Officers with practical, job-- embedded professional learning that assists them with implementing Continuous School and System Improvement (CSSI) in their respective schools and districts. Educational leaders will interact with school teams as they develop and implement CSSI Plans through supportive supervision and coaching. Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the finalization and adoption of the Draft OECS Model of CSSI, which is grounded in extensive regional and international research. Participants will also learn about evidence-based practices for CSSI, including the utilization of Innovation Configuration (IC) Maps. Module Two is comprised of four interactive, synchronous sessions, associated asynchronous learning activities, and two product-based assignments that are designed to assist participants with their daily practice. These practical, job-embedded assignments will enable participants to apply the new knowledge and skills that they are learning in the Module in their diverse work contexts.
